[Onstate CallCenter](http://www.on-state.com) is a Skype for Business Extra that allows SMEs to create a simple, low-cost, and scalable call center and customer contact management solution using Skype.
This week they have announced the availability of North American toll-free numbers which can be connected to any OnState agent, anywhere in the world. The service will be expanded in the future to include European toll-free numbers.
The [Onstate CallCenter](http://www.on-state.com) for Skype, which starts at $30 per month, per agent, enables businesses to create a customer contact solution that includes:
- Management-free Infrastructure
- Skills-Based Routing
- Performance Reporting
- Live Business Chat
- Click-to-Call Web Integration
- Voicemail
- Global Local Phone Numbers
- Call Recording and QA
- Workforce Management
You can access Onstate CallCentre from within Skype, by going to ‘tools’, ‘do more’ and selecting ‘Get Extras’. You will find it under ‘business’. Or you can read more and download it online in the [Skype Extras Gallery](https://extras.skype.com/564/view).

This seems like it might work for me very well. I have 26 stores in Florida which I want to answer the phones for in Costa Rica. Ideally I would like to be able to click to call from a web site we would create OR some of these clients have their own web site to which I would like to add a plug-in ¨click to call´where we answer the phone. To make matters stickier it would be great if when one of my stores calls..their web site or the page they are calll from on my website would pop up.. a shared screen type of deal.
any thought on whether I should or could usefully proceed with this option and eventually get where I want to go with t his stuff ? thanks
