PrettyMay Call Center for Skype is a 100% software based solution that allows Small and Medium Businesses (SMEs) to implement a PBX system for Skype with features such as auto-attendant, interactive voice response (IVR), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), call recording and personalized voicemail capabilities.
The latest release is version 3.5, which adds a Call Personalization feature allowing you to personalize a call based upon a caller's phone number and/or the SkypeIn number they are dialing. This is useful for companies using more than one SkypeIn number on their Skype account.
PrettyMay includes many more useful features, such as:
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
- Music/information on hold.
- Hours of Business.
- Company Directory (Dial-By-Name).
- Multilingual Voice Prompts.
- Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).

If you are in Australia, this doesnt work for diverting calls to other users. The DTMF are not recognised, and Skype and whoever they use as a local phone provider in Australia, dont seem interested in fixing it. I have been complaining about this to anyone who would listen for the past 8 months.
Please note this is not a reflection on Pretty May (who have a great product) which seems to work everywhere except Australia. There support is impeccable but i think they are frustrated as I am with this situation

I agree, the support from Pretty may is great however I am very frustrated that skype and the DTMF tones are not compatible in Australia.
I too have been trying to get this resolved but I have not been able to get a response out of Skype other than the request has been passed to the devolopment team.
I would like to add my voice...LOUD AND CLEAR...to the list of people what want this features in Australia.

I'm glad to read your posts as they saved me a lot of what could have been wasted time. I've been finding out how to convert my workplace too skype after having used it for a few years myself.
I'll use some of that now to conctacting my Federal Member of Parliament and the federal Minister for communications, Stephen Conroy to complain about it.

Well, i dont know what has changed (in Australia at least) but the DTMF tones on incoming calls now seem to magically work!!
I have tried it through a number of scenarios landline and mobile calls in) and so far it hasnt missed a beat.
So fairs fair, i now must retract my earlier comments as it DOES WORK NOW
And no Skype nor PrettyMay have asked me to write this. I just like to keep the record straight
I think the system is very clever (both Skype and PrettyMay) and so far my tests are now proving this out.
Download the trial and give it a try, i can only tell of my experience but so far so good
