I have been blocked from using my credit through the business control panel. Could you please indicate how or who I need to contact to unblock the account as I want to use the funds I bought? I use the same email and password as my individual account. I am able to log in just fine to my individual account and can get to a portion of the information on the Business Account, but I cannot log into the Business Control Panel as it says that I am Blocked. I cannot use the phone feature through my individual account and also all users under the Business Account are Blocked and cannot use the funds to make a phone call. I've submitted 4 tech support requests to no avail. I was very excited to start using Skype for my business but now I am thinking the Business side of Skype is unreliable and uses scam tactics to keep the funds users allocate into the account.

Hi,
Until I downloaded the latest version of Skype calling a contact from my Outlook contacts was very simple ... turn on viewing of Outlook contacts in Skype find the desired contact in the list, click and call.
Couldn't be easier.

BUT ... with the latest version all contacts now must have international country dialling codes stored in Outlook. With more than 500 contacts this isn't something I'm likely to do.

Surely this is a crazy requirement.
Skype knows that I am a UK based customer.
When I pick up a normal landline phone do I dial an international number to call someone in the UK ... NO!
Seems to me that you software team has lost some sanity here.

Making your product hard to use is the best way to lose customers.
if this isn't fixed quickly I'll be signing up to an alternative VOIP product.

One further point.
You simply couldn't make it harder for a customer to contact you.
Another BIG reason to switch to a supplier who cares anout customers!
