Ever wonderd who you are talking to?

Some of the applications I have seen are fantastic examples of how people are taking Skype and extending it. This one just made me laugh so I though I would share it.
To cut a long story short, this guy was tired of random guys adding his girlfriend to their contact list looking for a date, so he decided to get revenge.
To do this is put a picture of an attractive girl in his profile and put Skype in Skype-me mode. Within a few minutes he would have a few guys take the bait and attempt to chat him up assuming that he was a she. The clever part was he had written an application that that would forward the messages, calls, files etc to one of the another unsuspecting guys who had also taken the bait.
The result would be two guys chatting each other up both assuming they were chatting to a girl. Take a look at: pranked.hopto.org
You have to admire some peoples cunningness and ingenuity.
If you have any cool applications or cool Skype related stories let me know @ lester.madden@skype.net I'd love to hear from you.

With all this discussion about Skype, why isn't anyone advising users and techs alike about one of THE worst features I have ever seen, and many if not most users are seeing.
At least with the Windows version, and other users say that this is the same on other O/S Skype versions:
Whenever Skype is accessing the network, as in initial program opening, sending or receiving Skype text, and at many points when sending or receiving Skype file transfer, the users PC totally stops functioning -- CPU processing for ALL other events stops, while Skype continues onward for that time period.
Somebody is clearly kidding users, and manifold Email's and even Skype phone / audio calls to their Euro HQ have gone unanswered for over two months now. This "feature" has been seen in Skype ever since its inception, and continues to this day.

The comment above may be correct on josephrot's system, but I haven't seen it myself on ANY version of Skype since I started using it in 2003. This goes both for the Pocket PC-version and the Windows version.
The experience is quite the opposite, in fact - saying this as an experienced technician - Skype is one of the most stable and least intrusive softwares I've ever seen on Windows, especially considering that it is always loaded. So far my friends tell me they share this good experience.
I would not diagnose the computer problems that josephrot has, but I can not agree that this is a common, Skype-related problem.

I have speakers and head phones for privacy. What advantage is there in this product against what I already have.
