AVACON for Skype is from INVENTEERING Inc out in San Diego, it’s a clever Skype plug-in that streams video from your webcam directly to your profile, so your buddies can always keep an eye on you, even if you are not chatting to them.

To help you play nice on your network you can set the configuration on how often the avatar updates.

need to try, I hope avatar update interval to others while in conference is not as horrible as in contact list.
