Desktop Sharing

There are a few applications around at the moment that enable you to share your desktop with another user via Skype. Unyte from WebDialogs is a great example as it enables you to share your desktop and applications with both Skype users and non Skype users.
I blogged about the Nyanyan virtual desktop camera a month or so ago, at the time it was in Alpha and a little bit flakey working perfectly on one machine and killing Skype on the other.
Yuusei Kuwana, the developer out in Japan has released another version with some improvements that not only fixes my crash but also enables you to share areas of your desktop or individual applications with Skype users.
You can install from here
Once you reach the page it will be Japanese, scroll down and you’ll find a file called nyadesk010.zip just download that, extract it, click the install.cmd, set your video settings to the new source, and away you go.
I had a look though the comments for the last version and you will be pleased to hear that there is English documentation available now.
Thanks to Yuusei for providing this. I know English is not his native language so a big thanks for including this and sharing with us.

Hi,lestermadden
I've tried with some friends and this plugin worked perfectly on the desktop. Tks for Yuuse's good work and your instruction.
But I also found that it can't work on labtops with 1280X800,just blackscreen.
Could you tell me wheather Yuusei will do something to settle it? Tks!

Does anyone something about the pricing? There is nothing to find at the page, so i expect it is expensive like 1000$?

I also need to share my desctop from my Mac to PC users. Would be perfect to be able to do it whith skype. I gues it would save me a lot of router configuration and save the client of downloading additional client software. Please publish any tip on how to do this.
