Guys,
We're delighted to introduce our new manager and your advocate, Paul Amery :
I'm Paul Amery, the new Developer Program (SDP) director at Skype. I'm delighted that on my first blog for Skype I can announce the beta release of Skype API 2.6.Most of you knew Lenn Pryor, who has gone back to the US but stays in the family, working at eBay.
Lenn and the team created a great foundation in SDP, and we'll be building on this foundation.
So you know, these are the deliver priorities for us, based on your feedback:
1. A rich, evolving platform of API’s and supporting components. With the release of 2.6, and the upcoming 3.0, Skype is becoming even more extensible.
2. A rapid, painless and clear route to market for your apps and plug-ins.
3. A responsive support and developer education program.
Over the next few weeks and months you will hear much more about these 3 services, and our plans for improving each.
Ultimately, I want to ensure we get you to market quickly, painlessly and we provide a mature platform.
If my team or I can help you, contact us via the new Public API forum or Jira and of course you are very welcome to visit Skype DevZone.
Yours truly,
Paul

Paul -
I'm not sure that I'm addressing the right person, but can you tell me if/when I can use Skype SMS on my Mac, and also if you know if/when the 'Dualphone' may be made Mac compatible? ( I know that's not your decision, but can you shed any light?)

Hi
We have developed a voice application and a call centre application, both chargeable at Skype's 30-30-40 revenue model for voice services. The first you can view on www.paen.net, the second is ready to go since over 3 months, but neither us nor our host MAP Telecom have received any answers from Skype, using numerous support tickets in your forum.
Can you please help?
Kind regards
Andreas Ernst

Paul,
I am interested in offering ringtones and ringbacks to Skype users. We integrated a system that enables ringbacks on AOL's VOIP system.
Who should we contact at Skype?
