Skype wants YOU!

Skype's developer program team is expanding, and we currently need a couple of good developer support technicians.
What does a DST do? First of all, he (or she) keeps track of the support requests filed by other members of our developer community, helps the developers as best he can, and escalates the remaining issues into the internal development queue. The "outside" part of the job is done mostly online via DevZone and jira, Skype Forums, and Skype chats; the "inside" part of the job involves a lot of playing with the newest internal versions of Skype software, as well as day-to-day communication with our internal developers and testers.
Having some programming experience helps, but is not an absolute prerequisite. All you really need is willingness to help others, ability and interest to learn new things, and good command of written English. The official job description is available here.
The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, but let me know even if you cannot or don't want to move. There are also other ways we could work together.

Hi,
Do you have any work of this type that I can do part-time? I will be returning to college soon.
Thanks.

Our current primary interest is hiring a full-time Tallinn-based employee.
However, anyone interested in part-time or off-site opportunities should start from sending me a Skype IM with a brief introduction. Then I'll give you and email address where you can send your CV and application letter. After reading the docs you send us, I'll get in touch with you.
