We do our best to get it right most of the time, but sometimes we mess up.

1. Recently we became aware of problems with the App2App API, which prevented some 3rd party applications from working.
We are currently investigating the problem, and believe we've identified a solution. We are hoping that our intended hotfix for next week will resolve this. In addition we are feeding this back internally, to look at better ways of catching these things earlier.
Thanks to those of you who keep a watchful eye on the API's. That's why we have a developer ecosystem after all!

2. OPEN CHAT doesn't open chat window (Skype API responds properly but any action in the client)

3. Also we are aware of a new problem today with Extras Manager. Basically when you press the update now button, the Extras are not refreshed instantly. We are on this, a bug has been raised and we will keep you posted.

4. Unfortunately, we discovered a video API bug in the Windows 3.1.0.147 hotfix, released this Wednesday, 20th of March. This affects an application that sets to default video device; it doesn't affect a video set to a specific device.

We apologise for these bugs and realises this will affect a number of applications. We expect to have these bugs fixed for next week’s hotfix, releasing on Wednesday, 27th of March.
