New certification test specifications are live

As effective from today, new software certification requests will be tested against specs version 8.01, available at https://developer.skype.com/Certification/Software/TestSpecs.

I have been using Skype since its first Beta. I just wish that the Skype developers would build a version for the Palm OS (T|X, Lifedrive, etc.) With sooooo many Palm users out there, I imagine that the majority of them are eagerly awaiting "Skype for Palm OS".
