Stream your iTunes to mobile using Skype

Another cool hack. [Use DittyBot and Skype to access your iTunes collection from any cellphone](http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000420047100/). Apparently it's easy to script such stuff up on a Mac and here's a challenge for Windows and Linux devs. (If you're fast enough, you might even make it by the [Developer Competition](/developer_zone/competition/skype_api_developer_competition/) deadline.
Consider this a challenge to the Windows and Linux community. I know it’s possible to do under Windows (and Linux for that matter), but I also know it’s not this easy. Prove me wrong!

Here's something similar I would like to see: I'd like to get local traffic reports via skype. a news radio station has traffic updates every ten minutes. I could set the computer to record that report with the line-in or a radio shark thing, then have skype play that audio file back to me via phone. Sometimes if you're in the car waiting 10 minutes for the next traffic update is too late. Anyone done this yet?

I'm actually working on getting this to work with Radio streams. I'd like to set up something so you could use SkypeIN and then open a stream via DTMF or something. I have a database of about 3,000 streams that I built specifically for this purpose.
