That's unusual - Skype actually helping someone ??? I'm trying to set up Skype for my company for which I was quite excited about, but 2 weeks after sending them money, I still have no credit ! I've contacted Skype via the support pages and via email, but had no replies what so ever.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !! I will post here again when it gets resolved (this will probably be after resorting to contacting Trading Standards !!!)
