Plazes has Skype support now. [Plazes](http://www.plazes.com/), in their own words, "puts physical presence to the web". They have showing people on Google Maps and whole bunch of other cool stuff. You can consume the data through their API-s. And now they do Skype and mood messages too.

Currently for Windows only, but the comments say Mac version is upcoming too.
