Are you part of Skype’s larger “ecosystem”? Are you a developer working with Skype API, or just planning to become one? We’re calling all developers to help us by filling our survey to help us improve our offering to you. This includes technical as well as business roles. DAY FOUR. Skype's CallIN System is STILL not working and Skype doing a very lousy job about NOT RETURNING MESSAGES.
Seriously, I've made repeat phone calls (skype customer service is never available). I've posted this my SEVENTH message on various places at SKYPE. THAT's after THREE DAYS of Skype NOT replying emails I sent to SKYPE directly.
My Skype OUT works great. It's the CALL-IN that won't work. When people try to call me they get a message saying I'm NOT AVAILABLE when I'm sitting there at the computer with my headset on!
There's a REASON Skype posts the message: "Take a deep breath" at the top of its website. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ENOUGH TO GIVE YOU A CORONARY.
I've got a message for YOU, Skype! TAKE A DEEP BREATH. {Big FART sound.}
