How about the linux version? Isn't it about time we get a new version?

Since downloading the "new & improved" version, I can no longer join Skypecasts. I see the list of open rooms but they all show no participants. When I can actually enter a room, it always shows that the host hasn't joined. These problems only started with the new version...HELP!!!

So, now we have our Skype without Skypecasts because, it connects for 15 seconds and ends call automatically at +4 GMT time since 04 p.m. till 01 a.m. every day, or longer.

What is wrong with you guys? Your service has been great for so long and now with version 3.2 you decided to hijack my web pages turning all phone numbers on web pages to skype links. Why would you lower yourself to these standards?

I have completely removed Skype until this is fixed. With so many options in the IM field, I can't believe you would do this without providing a quick and easy way to remove the setting within Skype.

The Skypecasts are under maintenance and unavailable since nearly the beginning of June 2007. Until today 26 juin 2007 a lot of Skypecasters cannot run a clean Skypecast ! A hole month to solve the problem of version recognition or a hole month to add new tools for the Skypecasts ? That's what we call : An arabic work ! A work that lasts for a long time then solved quickly just to say : "It's a happy end" !

Many of my friends are facing the same problem: once starting to connect to a cast room, there are likely two resuls they can get:

1. succeeded in connecting , but would drop in 10 ~20 secs

2. cannot connect , "internal error #5" would be seen

As of today, I'm still having the call drop after 15 seconds or so. Others trying to connect to the same skypecast are getting same or the internal errors.

You know as of today, I'm starting to feel like a guinee pig. I'm try to get my company in a private room and I can't even sign in myself. Whatsup with that? I keep getting the error #5

I was among the one who loved the skype call for pc to pc. But today i faced lots of problem as the call drops again n again within a couple of seconds and i want this problem to be solve as i dont want to stop using skype bcoz i think this is the one which provides a good service waiting for your help and for your information i stay in kuwait and i try to call the pc which is in india since for the last day it was perfect but from today onwards this problem has arise plz help

I have installed the latest version. AGAIN and AGAIN. I've installed it 3 times. I've installed the Firefox toolbar and the IE toolbar. I try to join a Skypecast from the browser and it tells me I don't have the latest version. I follow the link ON THE PAGE THAT TELLS ME TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION, I re-install, and it still tells me I don't have the latest version. Seriously? REALLY?
I know this is a "BETA," but SERIOUSLY? I have Windows Vista Premium, is that the problem? Why can't I browse ALL available Skypecasts IN SKYPE? Is that not possible? Why are the browser plugins essentially useless?

You really need to add a "ask to talk" button on the skypetcast part. Mac users just sit around like assholes listening to conversations not being able to be a part of it.
