US Elections: Skype gets out the vote

We’re all looking forward to finding out the winner of the US presidential election, and it’s not long now until we’ll know for sure.
Thinking back on this election campaign period, it’s clear that the internet has played a huge role. Online news, blogs and social networks have lit up my conversations and provided me updates about the latest candidate news, gaffes and opinions. It’s been a constant source of drama, comedy, and surprise.
I’ve been really excited about the adoption of Skype in this historic election. Over the weekend, I decided to go check it out for myself and visit the Silicon Valley Obama Campaign office (located in Palo Alto, CA) to see how our technology was being used for a massive ‘get out the vote’ effort. Check out our video here:

In the past 2 weeks, when I opened up my Skype account, I have from time to time being prompted by the below Skype message which told me that I won a prize from an offical Skype promotional activity which I am highly suspicious of its trustworthness. I am worried this is another un-authorized message.
Can someone in Skype China take a serious look at the below link http://sky121.41la.cn/ and block them in future ?
