Cheap calls to Turkey - call Turkey for up to 78% less

By My status Peter Parkes on July 10, 2009 in Announcements.

Skype is a great way to keep in touch with friends and family around the world – and if you regularly call Turkey you’ll be happy to hear that we’ve cut the cost of calling numbers in Turkey by up to 78%.

Skype-to-Skype calls are always free, forever. But you can’t reach anyone everywhere on Skype. Calls to landlines in Turkey now cost from just €0.024/$0.034 US/£0.02 per minute* and calls to Turkish mobile phones start from only €0.13/$0.183 US/£0.111 per minute*. You can find full details of the new rates elsewhere on the Skype site.

This means that you can call more often and for longer without worrying about the cost. And it means one less excuse for not calling the parents :)

If you don’t already have Skype, download it now and get some Skype Credit – and get calling.

* A connection fee and VAT at 15% apply to all calls to mobiles and landline phones.
