Skype 3.8 for Windows hotfix

Today we have released a small hotfix for Skype 3.8 for Windows.
This hotfix addresses three issues which we hope will make your Skype experience better.
Full changes for build 3.8.0.188 are:
* bugfix: Improved search for contacts that have not signed into Skype for a long time
* bugfix: Incorrect setting for online status in Options
* bugfix: Skype occasionally crashed on shutdown
