On my travels I have come across a lot of loos. But this one on the Ghan, Australia wins the prize. The train is seriously rocky the whole way from Adelaide to the top of the country. It crosses the Australian outback - big time. Anyway, so you sit down and do your business and with the most powerful air pressure suction systems I have ever witnessed, it sucks it out leaving a trail behind on the train tracks below in the middle of no mans land... Seriously, no matter what you do in there, the suction on this baby is so extreme that it sucks it all through the tiny little hole and you have just gone where no man has ever gone before! Was going to test it out with a banana but thought it may be a bit wasteful, so you'll have to use yo sur imaginations...

It doesn't go on the tracks under the train. It's being collected and then emptied after the journey... At least that would be clever thing to do. The loos in german trains ar the same and they don't leave anything on the tracks, so it's ok to do the job while you're in a train station.
