Welcome to Skype Gear!

The aim of Skype Gear is to provide a first port of call for information, opinion and discussion on lovely gadgets, devices, accessories and other things which let you get the most out of using Skype.

So for anything Skype-related that you can touch, see, hold or smell (ok, we're still waiting on the first Skype smellphone, but it's only a matter of time), this will be place to come.

Of course we willl be looking a lot at new and upcoming kit, but also hopefully taking a more rounded view of how people interact with Skype, how human beings (that's us!) use Skype in the real world, and how manufacturers are beginning to adapt and understand these needs and build products which really can make life a whole lot easier.
