TOM-Skype selling Skype products in China

With Chinese subscribers to TOM-Skype really ramping up (ie 23.5 million registered users and adding more at the rate of around 100,000 new users a day), it's good to see that all of these new Skypers now have a new online shop where they can find the latest hardware.
Skype have been working hard with local partner TOM for quite a while now in China, and this new venture will provide healthy exposure to the Chinese population at large (which I've also heard is quite big).
The online shop contains a number of products from hardware partners such as Creative, Logitech, and Plantronics, with links back to the manufacturers to buy the products directly. I'd like to tell you more but unfortunately my Chinese is not as good as it should be at the moment, but suffice to say that the range and depth of products on the site is said to be growing rapidly, with TOM-Skype keen to include more Skype-certified providers.
Of course not only are the Chinese keen on using Skype phones, they are also pretty handy at designing and making them, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more cool handsets arriving on Very Big Boats to us gadget-hungry Skypers between now and Christmas...
