E25 off and loads of calling credit with the new DUALPhone Skype phone bundle...

By My status Stephen Pinches on February 14, 2007 in Cordless phones, Promotions, RTX.

Skypegear's already got it's hands on the cordless DECT DUALPhone 3088 for a roadtest and it's a real all-rounder: not only can you make Skype calls but also use it for regular phone calls, as well as accessing all of your Skype contacts, voice mail and Skype status. Now the European Skype store has bundled this phone with up to 300 minutes of SkypeOut credit for a very reasonable E139 / £99.

Not that Skypegear's tight, but there's nothing like the warm fuzzy feeling you get from giving a great gift to the love of your life that you got at a really, really good price :)

The 3088 is made by Danish company RTX. It has a basestation which plugs straight into your wireless router or access point, so you can then put the handset in a separate cradle anywhere you want around your house (within reason).

The original DUALPhone is one of the best ever selling Skype phones, and its new brother looks like a worthy addition to the family. Check out the new bundle at the European Skype store here (France), here (Spain) or here (other countries)

I just received your DualPhone 3088 (Invoice 08224731; Date 10-12-2008; Customer ID 40571659313; Order ID CNL91739272-01).
Last year I have bought this model and I have problem with Registration of this product. First, there is no reset button on base station, it is a hole on the right side of the handset. After pressing of this hole and inserting it into base station and searching it, the respond is – “OPEN BASE STATION COULD NOT BE FOUND” Please advise how to overcome this problem? All my devices attached to ADSL routing are working perfectly. Is your DualPhone 3088 requires some specific approach to be registered within my network? No reply from SKYPE on my request so far.
Thanks
