Only a few hours left to enter the first of what will hopefully be a steady stream of Skypegear contests(!).

The prize: the very slick Sony VAIO Mouse Talk VN-CX1

The task: write a haiku about how you use Skype, how it helps you reach people and/or how you'd use the prize. Entries are due tonight by 11:59 BST (British Summer Time).

Here's the deal:

* You can enter as many haikus as you like, but keep in mind we’ll be judging on quality, not quantity.
* Entries have to actually be haikus (3 line poems of 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables)
* Submit your entries to skypegear.haiku@gmail.com
* Along with your haiku(s), include your name and country
* The deadline for entries is 11:59 pm BST *tonight*
* We’ll post the best haikus on Skypegear and contact the winner in mid-June to arrange delivery of the prize.
