I started using SKYPE in January of 2009. It is a wonderful way to communicate.
I was given a new Logitec Headset with mike attached which worked well initially. After one month, the black, enclosed connector that contains the wires on each side came apart. One set of the wires which are on each side of a round disc in the connector had come apart. No one can seem to reatache these wires and now it doesn't work. As I was given this headset by my granddaughter in order to communicate with her while she is attending Medical School in the Carrabean.. She has no way to take the headset back to BESTBUY where she purchased them and I have no sales slip. Please tell me how I might have this barely used headset fixed. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

looking for help with my netgear sph200d skype system .to this system i have connected 3 netgear sph150d skype wireless handsets.most of my incoming calls go directly voicemail .i am using the latest download 4.1 can someone please help ANDREW
