Hello, I wonder if you would please help me. I am having trouble figuring out how to get a presales question answered. I checked FAQs, was unable to submit a support request through the web site, and cannot find any contact phone numbers or email addresses!
First question: The Freetalk wireless headset is described as having a USB puck, but the picture shows a different USB device. Is the description correct or is the picture correct?
Second question: How do I get support without having to post to blogs or hunt down employee phone numbers?
Thank you
