Skype for Business focus groups in London this week

We’re holding small focus group discussions with potential partners and businesses. If you’re intrigued as to how Skype could benefit your business, or interested in helping us refine our offerings for business customers, please get in touch through our marketing research partner Hawkeye.
Groups are this Thursday evening in London. There is limited seating, so please email Janese Evans with your contact information and, a few sentences about the size and focus of your business.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with a few questions and the details. If you qualify for a open position and participate in the discussions, you’ll be paid an honorarium to compensate you for your time.

I apply for unlimited international call(call to Thailand).I pay 10 pounds(for 3 months).Next day,I can't call to Thailand because operator told me that I don't have credit,so I pay anouther 10 pounds in the same condition.Unfortunately,when i call back to Thailand,my Skype credit reduce continueously.I desire to know that 1.Where has my first 10 pounds gone? 2.How can I know that which promotion that I paid for because I don't know where can I check for? 3.If I choose wrong condition,how can I change? 4.Do you have direct telephone number?

Unless you do something to resolve the current SPAM issues being experienced by so many users, few businesses will consider using Skype.
Get it sorted guys, while you still have some customers left!
