Skype has announced a new flat rate calling plan to 34 countries.

Here's where you can call for $9.95 a month:

* Germany
* Greece
* Guam
* Hong Kong (incl. mobiles)
* Hungary
* Ireland
* Italy
* Japan
* Korea, Republic of
* Luxembourg
* Malaysia
* Mexico (Mexico City)
* Mexico (Guadalajara)
* Mexico (Monterrey)
* Netherlands
* New Zealand
* Norway
* Poland
* Portugal
* Puerto Rico
* Singapore (incl. mobiles)
* Spain
* Sweden
* Switzerland
* Taiwan
* United Kingdom
* USA (incl. mobiles)

From now until June 1st, Skype will offer a 33% off discount on 3-month and 12-month subscriptions. You can purchase subscriptions online.

Calls to other Skype users of course are still free.
